3. Illegal, counterfeit, prohibited, or dangerous products are not allowed
4. VeloraMall charges a 5% commission on completed orders
5. Sellers are responsible for shipping and customer service
6. VeloraMall reserves the right to suspend any seller who violates platform policies
7. By registering as a seller, you agree to these terms and conditions
VeloraMall 商家入驻条款
- 商家必须提供真实、准确及完整的注册资料
- 商家需确保所售商品合法、安全及符合马来西亚相关法律法规
- 严禁销售假货、侵权商品、违禁品、危险品或任何违法产品
- VeloraMall 将对每笔成功完成的订单收取 5% 平台服务佣金
- 商家须自行负责商品库存管理、包装、发货及售后服务
- 商家应及时处理客户咨询、退款及退货申请
- 如发现违规行为、欺诈行为或损害平台利益的行为，VeloraMall 有权暂停或永久关闭商家账户
- 商家应遵守平台所有规则及后续更新的政策
- VeloraMall 仅提供平台服务，不对商家商品质量、描述内容或交易纠纷承担直接责任
- 商家注册并使用 VeloraMall 平台，即表示已阅读、理解并同意本条款的全部内容
